There could be a number of reasons such as:
1. You live outside the mobile service area;
2. You live inside the mobile service area but you don't have the time to meet with us;
3. You just prefer to deal in the cyber world rather than face-to-face. Top

Why would I use your online Individual Tax Return service instead of the ATO's e-tax?
Whilst e-tax is a fantastic initiative on behalf of the Australian Taxation Office, it does have the following downfalls:
1. It is very time consuming;
2. You need to be prepared to do a lot of reading if you do not understand a specific question;
3. You can easily make errors due to a lack of taxation knowledge;
4. You can leave out deductions you are entitled to.
Our online service eliminates these issues by:
1. Our online tax return service should only take you a maximum of 15 minutes to complete;
2. We do the reading for you;
3. We have the taxation expertise;
4. We will know exactly what deductions you are entitled to based on your answers provided when completing the online tax return. Top
When I use your online service for my Individual Tax Return, will I know my refund or payment amount on the spot?
No, because we first need to ensure that all relevant information and deductions have been included.
We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to either notify you of the return outcome, or to obtain any further information that may be required. Top
How much does it cost for your online Individual Tax Return?
Our online Individual Tax Return cost from $50. This is for a standard tax return with a maximum of 5 deductions. If you do not qualify for this rate, we charge
you $75 per hour. Top
How do I pay for your online Individual Tax Return?
We will withhold your payment amount from your refund (if you are due a refund from the ATO). If you're not due a refund but instead owe the ATO, we will contact
you to arrange payment before lodgment of the return. You can then pay by credit card or direct deposit into our bank account. Top
How long will it take for me to receive my tax refund?
Once your details have been processed and the return lodged electronically to the Australian Taxation Office, your refund should be received within 2 weeks. At extremely busy times it may take the ATO longer than this to process the refund. If you have not received it within 3 weeks, please feel free to contact us and we will follow it up with the ATO. When I use your online service for my Business Tax Return or other business services, will my return or other service be completed on the spot?
No. Businesses have a lot more information than individuals and it will not be possible to complete your return or other service on the spot. The purpose of our online business services is to determine what information we require from you and how we can go about gathering that information. Top
When I use your online Home Loan Client Profile service , will I be given a home loan approval on the spot?
No. The purpose of the online Home Loan Client Profile is for us to determine what it is you are trying to achieve, and your current financial situation.
We will then use this information to analyse your situation in order to determine the best course of action for the most beneficial outcome and we will contact you to advise you of our findings. If you are happy to proceed with our suggestion, we will complete the required loan applications for you and arrange a time to collect the necessary paperwork such as proof of identity. Top
