What if I want to use your mobile service but I live outside the service area?
If you live outside our mobile area but still want to use our services, you have 2 options:
1. Use our online service, or
2. If you would like us to come to you in person, please contact us and we can make an arrangement whereby we charge you a flat fee for our travel time & expenses.

What days and hours are your mobile services available?
Our mobile service is available Monday to Saturday and our hours are flexible between 8am to 7pm.

When I use your mobile service for my Individual Tax Return, will my return be completed on the spot?
That depends upon your circumstances:
1. If you are a standard salary or wage earner with a couple of investments such as shares or trust distributions (but not including rental properties), and a only few deductions, we will be able to tell you your payable or refund amount on the day.
2. If though you have more information which needs to be taken into account such as sole trader business information, you own a rental property, or there are items which need to be calculated such as a capital gain or loss, we will gather the required information from you on the day and take it away to be completed. We will then contact you once it has been finalised to notify you of the outcome, and arrange for your copy of the return and your associated paperwork to be returned to you.

How long will it take for me to receive my tax refund?
Once your details have been processed and the return lodged electronically to the Australian Taxation Office, your refund should be received within 2 weeks. At extremely busy times it may take the ATO longer than this to process the refund. If you have not received it within 3 weeks, please feel free to contact us and we will follow it up with the ATO.

When I use your mobile service for my Business Tax Return or other business services (except for bookkeeping), will my return or other service be completed on the spot?
No. Businesses have a lot more information than individuals and it will not be possible to complete your return or other service on the spot. We will gather the required information from you on the day and take it away to be completed. We will then contact you once it has been finalised to notify you of the outcome, and arrange for your copy of the item and your associated paperwork to be returned to you.

When I use your mobile Bookkeeping service, will my bookkeeping be completed on the spot?
That is up to you. If you would like us to process your bookkeeping at your premises on the day we will. Otherwise, we will gather the required information from you on the day and take it away to be completed.

When I use your mobile Mortgage Broking or Financial Planning service, will I get a home loan approval or financial plan on the spot?
No. When we visit you we will determine what it is you are trying to achieve and gather information on your current financial situation.
We will then go away and analyse your situation in order to determine the best course of action for the most beneficial outcome. We will then contact you to advise you of our findings, and arrange another time for us to meet so that we can finalise loan applications and collect necessary paperwork such as proof of identity, or present your financial plan.

When I use your mobile Debt Relief or Budgeting & Savings Plans service, will I get an outcome on the spot?
That really depends upon your circumstances. There may be instances whereby your situation is straight forward and we can offer a solution on the spot. The majority of times though we will need to gather information from you and take it away to analyse your situation and determine the best course of action.
